Thanks for your post. One other thing is individual states have their particular laws that affect people, which makes it very, very hard for the Congress to come up with a fresh set of guidelines concerning foreclosure on home owners. The problem is that a state provides own guidelines which may work in an adverse manner when it comes to foreclosure policies.
