Let's clarify something.
It isn't fake news just because it is wrong. No matter how reputable the source, errors happen as a part of the reporting process, and are corrected source when discovered.
It is fake news if the report is knowingly false and there are no corrections. Such "news" is intended to mislead, deceive and defame.
It isn't "fake news" because you don't like the source, don't like the point of view, or don't like the information in the story. It isn't a valid source merely because it confirms your biases.
So let's be careful about using that term "fake news", and make sure it is used for thatthat which is genuinely counterfeit.
